This license grants the client the right to use PANORAMA VISION video content for promotional, tourism, and brand communication purposes, including the promotion and enhancement of the client’s destination, establishment, or brand, while respecting all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and image rights.

LICENSE 2 PROMOTIONAL

€5,000 / 12 months

The license includes:

• Tourism Campaigns — use of PANORAMA VISION content in tourism and destination marketing campaigns

• Websites & Social Media — publication and distribution across the client’s official websites, digital platforms, and social media accounts

• Online Advertising — use in paid digital advertising and online promotional campaigns

• Promotional Videos — integration of selected PANORAMA VISION footage into promotional and marketing videos

• Exhibitions & Professional Events — presentation of the content at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and professional events

• Worldwide Use — license valid worldwide

• Non-Exclusive License — PANORAMA VISION retains the right to license the same content to other clients and partners

CONDITIONS OF USE

This license authorizes the use of PANORAMA VISION content solely for the promotional and communication purposes expressly defined above.

The license does not grant the client any ownership rights over the works. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or independent commercial exploitation of the content outside the authorized uses is strictly prohibited.

This license grants the client the right to use selected PANORAMA VISION video content for digital communication and promotional purposes, while respecting all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and image rights.

LICENSE 1 — DIGITAL

€2,500 / 12 months

The license includes:

• Websites — publication of PANORAMA VISION content on the client’s official website and digital platforms

• Social Media — use on the client’s official social media accounts

• Organic Digital Communication — use in non-paid digital communications and promotional content

• Selected Footage — access to selected excerpts and footage from the PANORAMA VISION catalog

• Worldwide Use — authorization valid worldwide

• Non-Exclusive License — PANORAMA VISION retains the right to license the same content to other clients and partners

CONDITIONS OF USE

This license is limited to digital communication and promotional use. It does not grant the client ownership of the content, nor the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, or commercially exploit the works beyond the uses expressly authorized above.

The license is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

PREMIUM INSTITUTIONAL LICENCE

This license provides extended access to the PANORAMA VISION catalog and its destinations across the four corners of the world. It is designed for tourism boards, institutions, destination marketing organizations, hospitality groups, and major brands.

LICENSE 3 — PREMIUM INSTITUTIONAL

€10,000 / 12 months

The license includes:

• International tourism campaigns

• Paid advertising and digital campaigns

• Institutional communication

• Promotional films and content

• Websites, social media, and digital media

• Trade shows, exhibitions, and professional events

• Extended selection of PANORAMA VISION content covering all destinations available in the catalog

• Worldwide, non-exclusive license

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

From €15,000 / 12 months

Exclusive use of selected PANORAMA VISION content.

Territory, media, duration, and scope of exclusivity are defined and negotiated according to the project.

TAILOR-MADE PRODUCTIONS

PANORAMA VISION can also produce tailor-made cinematic and immersive films, specifically created for tourism, destination marketing, and institutional campaigns.
